This machine unbelievably run well can't believe nice and smooth I can play most of my games on high setting light and stylish support was great and always responded to my request

Very quick delivery, a little expensive for a screen cover and postage, but still cheaper than replacing the screen.

Where do I start? First my order was incomplete.
Second my A1 Pro did not have a valid Windows License installed and support said to buy a new copy. 3rd all control functions stopped working after 7 days and no response. Opened a Support request and used the discord. Uploaded a Video as requested 6 days ago and still not a response.

Stay away. The hardware seems nice, but you may want to spend your Money elsewhere. I guess I just lost my investment.
