Warranty

  1. Aokzoe store provides a 1-year warranty against non-human damage from the time of receipt of the package.
  2. Aokzoe store does not accept returns or refund for items that have been delivered for more than 7 days.
  3. For man-made damaged devices, buyers need to pay the corresponding repair costs, please contact support@aokzoestore.com for more details.
  4. Once a machine has been disassembled, its warranty will no longer be valid.

 

Return

  1. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. aokzoestore.com does not refund items damaged in transit for non-quality-related warranty claims.
  2. For a device with quality problems, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service within 7 days of package receipt to return. aokzoestore.com reserves the right to test the returned products claimed as “Dead on Arrival” or “Arrival on Damage”.
  3. During the period from the order creation to 7 days after goods delivery, for refunds due to personal reasons, the customer needs to pay the freight, interception fee, and other related charges by the logistics company if required.
  4. To better track returned packages and arrange refunds, please be sure to include the following information in the returned package:

  • Description of the machine issue:
  • SN code:
  • Noted: Please use the return address provided by our customer service only.
  1. The return may be rejected if items do not include all accessories with the original packaging.
  2. Please note that using an oversized carton would result in delays during customs clearance, which can impact the speed of return and refund processing.

 

Package Lost/Stolen

The customer should report to the corresponding courier company within 7 days and obtain a complaint number if a package is not received while the tracking system shows Delivered. Once the courier company confirms that the package is lost or stolen, aokzoestore.com will ship you the same product for free or arrange a refund for you based on the feedback from the courier company.

 

Refund

For all kinds of reasons, the customer needs to pay 5% of the order amount charged by the payment methods companies such as PayPal or KLARNA, and other fees are based on the situation.

 

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.
